Liability — The client assumes all responsibility, including any destruction of property. The client shall disclose any behavioral issues before the session. The client is responsible for containing pets. The photographer is not responsible for an unleashed or runaway pet. The photographer is not liable for any injuries or accidents sustained during the session.
Model and Property Release — The client grants the photographer the right to use any images for self-promotion, publicity, contests, or galleries. The photographer agrees to never use the photographs in a slanderous, hurtful, or demeaning way.
Copyrights and Creative Use — The client will credit the photographer when sharing any images. The client may not remove a watermark from any images. The photographer will remove all watermarks from purchased images. Photographer releases the right for clients to print their purchased images at a place of their choosing.
Pricing Disclosure — The client has reviewed the price tables for the services and agrees to the pay 10% of the package price at the time of booking and the remainder of the full written price before the session. Pricing can be subject to change.
Payment Policy — The full payment must be made before the photo shoot. Additional digital images(not included within the package) may be ordered at any time thereafter, subject to the online viewing fees.
Studio Policies — The photographer will edit and prepare photos within a 3-week turnaround after the photo shoot.
Cancelations — Cancelations up to 48 hours prior to the session is refundable. Cancelations after the 48-hour window are non-refundable, with exceptions due to unforeseen weather or family emergencies. If the photographer needs to cancel the session, the client will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling - The client is allowed 1 reschedule, aside from unforeseen weather, anything beyond that will be considered a cancellation, and the retainer is non-refundable. A rescheduled session will be at the availability of the photographer.
Travel — The client agrees to pay a set travel fee for travel to any location within a certain number of miles of the studio at the time of booking.

The photographer is not liable for any injuries or accidents sustained during the session. The client is not responsible for any wardrobe or equipment damage to the photographer during the session.

Disclaimers
The Photographer will to the best of their ability provide the full amount of images stated in each package. If the package image count can not be fulfilled the photographer will provide the client (at no extra cost) with a mini-retake session.
Animal photography is nature at its best, as such the photographer is not responsible for images that do not turn out to look exactly like a client's suggested image.
Each photographer has their own editing style, which is why there are sample galleries for potential clients to preview. Please do not ask the photographer to re-edit images to look like a different style.
As an animal photographer, I do not heavily edit images, unless discussed prior to the session.
Please dress accordingly for both the weather and the location of the session. The photographer is not responsible to provide a retake session due to unpreparedness.
